The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, especially Veronica at the front desk. She was attentive to our needs and addressed all of our concerns. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and attractions like Dutch Wonderland and the American Music Theater. The room facilities, such as air conditioning and a television, were in good working condition, and the free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus. our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room was not properly cleaned, with stained sheets and carpets.

we had a pleasant stay at Inn At Lancaster / Pa Dutch Country. we were delighted to find a Dunkin’ Donuts conveniently located in the parking lot, as well as a Wawa next door. the bed was comfortable and our room was located in a quiet area. the location was also perfect for shopping and there were plenty of food options nearby.

The location is surrounded by shopping and restaurants, close to the outlet and other attractions. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and nicely decorated.
Felt like a home away from home, nothing too much trouble.
